Our take
The MSI G274QPF is a fantastic gaming monitor that hits the sweet spot. The WQHD resolution is noticeably sharper than 1080p, and 170Hz with 1ms response makes everything silky smooth. Colors are vibrant out of the box thanks to the wide gamut. The adjustable stand is a huge plus—I can dial in the perfect ergonomic position. HDR400 is decent, though not class-leading. For $199, this is incredible value. My only nitpick is that the built-in speakers, if any, are weak, but I use headphones anyway. Highly recommended for gamers who want performance without breaking the bank.
